Cielo Solutions provides an alternative method of communicating with legacy Naval Tactical Data Systems (NTDS) and Airborne Tactical Data Systems (ATDS) equipment through the use of an ethernet connection. This capability allows system designers to easily communicate across a wide range of NTDS devices, using a standard network connection. The user can be either an active player in the communications or passively monitor an active interface.

Cielo Solutions provides a turn key system that easily attaches to existing equipment and allows the designer to quickly communicate with an ATDS or NTDS device. The Cielo Solutions’ NTDS converter supports all types of NTDS interfaces from type A thru E and H. In addition, the converter performs the low level communications, allowing the developer to address the real application problem. All of the major interface protocols are supported. Cielo Solutions’ converter is the preferred choice of several NTDS users.
